  The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms were very well equipped withan applemac that doubles as your tv and radio links and free WiFi and internet in the hotel. We have stayed in various budget hotels that have come nowhere near the same st - We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city.   Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. The stocked kitchenwas a fantastic addition to our stay. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. Such a central location - we could just walk everywhere so no money spent on travel. - It givess a realistic feeling that you are living in Amsterdam.   Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch.   Stayed here a number of times . The staff are excellent and really look after their guest, location is very central to tourist sites - Apartment is in a great location. Michél who was our contact was really informative and very welcoming.
