We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on.
High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment.
Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam!
I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury.

we are married couples with a child 1 years old. The hotel is sooo nice, clean, simple and modern, friendly staff, beside restaurants and super markets, discounts I can get in many shops if I make online check in, beside a tram station, the position is so nice.Perfect for the price, although the price is not including in it changing towels or cleaning service or the TV, but I still found I dont need these things If I just use the hotel for sleeping

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate.
