Convenient location close to shops and tram stop. Very friendly, relaxed and laid back owner. When weather permits it is lovely to sit out on the deck in the garden overlooking a small canal, ducks included !. Friendly and very efficient service and excellent value for money and a property we would visit again close to the airport and other facilities ideal for a weekend stopover.

Please note that late check-in past 21:00 is possible at a surcharge of EUR 25. Please note that the apartments are on the first and 2nd plus 3rd floor. Not all the rooms are available as the owner lives on site. On the ground floor, an apartment rented out for the whole year. Both apartments are completely split and private. The front door is shared. Guests are therefore requested to be take the people downstairs into account when entering the building, as they might be sleeping. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
