  The staff was always helpful. They were very nice. Room is cleaned once a week and you receive fresh towels and linen once a week. If you travel alone this absolutely ok. Room was always cleaned very good. They have some wellness facilities, which are nice to use for a short workout or relaxation. The washing machine area is open 24 hours.   I have stayed at Amsterdam Identity Apartments on several occasions now and I am returning for another stay soon. The apartments are in an ideal location, a few minutes walk from Sloterdijk train station.
