Housekeeping, reception, waiters, travel agency...., but in particular Miss Tenzin at customer relations who took care of all our questions and queries.   The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful. From the manager to the security guard, all of them were incredibly friendly. We felt super comfortable with them. Also, they were really keen on helping us arrange stuff like paragliding and other activities, they made us feel very comfortable there The hotel facilities were also really good. We liked the hotel a lot and - Everything about the hotel is nice. Especially the Manager Khem is an excellent fellow and will cater even the tiniest needs of the customer. I wish i had more time to stay at that hotel. Looking forward for my next visit. The rooftop is an excellent place with both lakeside and mountain views. And its so nicely located. Not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle f main steets yet not too far way. Just 5-10 mins walk. Bravo !!!!

  Overall, I loved my stay at the resort. The management wanted nothing more than for me to feel comfortable and welcome, and they definitely did that! I initially booked two nights in advance at one of the cottages. When I first got to the cottages, I thought they were cute and well-designed. I was kept up by the inevi - Cottage rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were new. The hotel has small, excellent gardens, very relaxing and quiet. The hotel is in a very quiet place and only a five-minute walk from the lake and the centre of Pokhara, where all restaurants are.

  The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped organise a very good trekking guide for me and other activities including paragliding from their travel desk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice garden to relax in or have breakfast. And the location is just a stroll from the busy Lakeside area.
