Excellent service and a memorable stay at hotel Norbulinka. We really enjoyed our stay and took the full advantages of the best services and amenities that this hotel had to offer to complement our stay from stylish suite room to delicious dining options, and much more. although we booked for the deluxe room, the management surprised us by upgrading it to a suite as a compliment for the valentine's day.not only the management but we were pleased with the hospitality and cooperation shown by all.

Easy going attitude . Gorgeous interior. Secure and hidden location away from noise. Bathroom shower has a shower base (other hotels don’t have shower bases). So far the best Hotel at this Price Level in all of Kathmandu. Very calm area. Very nice People at the Hotel. Very clean rooms with electricity and hot showers without failure. Good Internet Connection. Nice Roof terrace with rooms around. Manager good source of information. Quite clean rooms. Very centrally located in Thamel. The bedcover/comforter is white color, so it can be easily identify whether it's clean or not. Complimentary water but only 2 bottles max a day. Hotel keeps the bags for us after check in until our flight, but they just leave them in the lobby instead of storing in a secure place. Food a bit pricey but worth it. The bathroom is kind of old. I didn't have backup light on my toilet when there was load-shedding. could use a little tlc. Nothing. old bathroom bad wi-fi(but you are in kathmandu). Hot water off several days though when requested got turned back on. no facial tissue, towels are not too clean.
