  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. - A 5star hotel in every respect. Staff are exceptional.   This was a very nice and small hotel on the edge of Casablanca. It was a nice, quiet escape from urban Morocco and was located conveniently to the airport. - Very nice and cosy , calm place to stay before an international flight, for example.

  While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it. We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi.
