Good property. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Drove 20km to pick us up at bus station!. Be clear about what is included/what you are booking. The std tents are next to the hotel. There are other tents in the desert that you ride a camel to reach. Staying in the desert cost us about 2x. As soon as we arrived, two different people met with us and told us that we should upgrade our resv. We did and were satisfied but its very confusing to be told that you need to "buy more" only minutes after you arrive.
