<English> Nelly the owner was a great person who gave us some tips on how to "survive" Marrakech. She recommended us some great restaurants and places to check out. I highly recommend listening to her advice! All the staffs were friendly and welcoming as well. Since we were going to the airport early in the morning, he completed our check out the night before and served as breakfast at 7:00am. We appreciated the staffs great hospitality and professionalism. The room was clean and well fur.
kaikki arvostelut » We recently stayed at Riad Vanilla Sma for a couple of days. It turned out to be the most fantastic experience. We found this Riad totally amazing! Everything from the wonderful host, the amazing staff, great and professional service, beautiful and clean big room, great location (4min walk to Jemaa El Fna, and 1min to the Souk), fantastic breakfast (wide selection) on the terrace which will be served whenever you wake up. After a hectic day in the Souk it is very delightful to come back to the. Everything at this Riad was excellent! We had a warm welcome and a great introduction how to get to know the Medina, got insights in where to go for lunch and diner etc. We had a big room, which was charming and confortable. Lovely breakfast (made us eat more than we normally do). After a long day wandering in Marrakech, we decided to stay in for the diner. Delicious and certainly better than most restaurants in Marrakech. The people at the Riad will do there utmost best for you to have a great. Well - it's my first time to write a review on letsbookhotel.com. I have to say it has been a great experience living in this nice, newly refurbished Riad. The location is very central - just 3 minutes walk to Jemaa El fna. The room is nice and clean. Everything is very calming in the Riad. What's more, people in the Riad are amazingly helpful. We were offered mint tea upon arrival. I was treated like with care when unfortunately caught a cold on the first day. They also helped us to find . We loved everything! It was the best place we stayed in Morocco and one of the best we stayed around the world in general. Location is a little tricky to find at first but after that is just a short walk away from the main square. Rooms are comfy with crispy clean beds. Breakfast was generous, tasty, daily updated and fresh. And most of all - we loved people there. Lady of the house is such a warm person and she keeps everybody well informed, she tells you all the tricks about Marrakesh and kee. Just after Booking we immediately got an email from Nelly, with all the important details about our Stay in Marrakesh (I do recommend to take the airport pick-up). This is service! The Riad is really nice, cosy, modern and is very good located. The breakfast is amazing!! (Everything "homemade"). The staff is very friendly and a special -Thank you- to "Redone" who speaks very good English and made us feel at home. Thank you Nelly, for the Car Rental Booking. Everything was great! We had a wonder. Super-friendly and helpful staff and owner make this a special place to stay. Owner Nelly gives the warmest welcome, with clear directions and all the information you need. Nothing is too much trouble for Nelly and her staff. The breakfasts were huge, the dinner we ate there on our first night was great, and the local gris wine a perfect accompaniment. I got ill towards the end of my stay (nothing to do with the Riad!), and was treated with such kindness that I left feeling like family. My partner and I had a fantastic time in Marrakech. Riad Vanilla Sma was such a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed its great hospitality (Thank you Nelly!) in a stylish and cosy boutique hotel. Food was devine. We highly recommend this riad for your next visit in Marrakech....we plan to comeback very soon!. Very helpful staff! No question or request was too much, really hospitable. Not easy to find. Getting there is kind of an adventure (very small streets). Not accessible by car! Make sure to take a porter for your luggage who is available at the closest taxi stand or arrange with Nelly for pick up. Nothing. Would have liked a curtain to separate off the bathroom from the bedroom area. Open shower was a bit cold.
