Excellent location and very nice place. Most if not all apartments have
great views. There is a private (rocky) beach, lovely and well-planned
grounds, and a nice pool. Owners were friendly and helpful. This
accomodation is in a quiet location that is at a 'just right'
distance (15 minute, hilly, walk) from the beachfront town and
restaurants, and

room was clean and acceptably, though not luxuriously, furnished.
Breakfast was good though not extravagan -
Quite exceptional place on the rocky coast of Ulcinj. A beautiful private beach on a big "rock hole". When you watch the sunset down there, you can truly understand why Ulcinj use to be the pirates' base:). Very quiet place, a nice 10 minutes walk to the very crowded main beach and the center of Ulcinj. It is better to stay to the one of the two small sandy Liman beaches close by. The apartment was decorated with a good taste.

We stayed two weeks at this fantastic hotel. Great value for money. Perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach - but in a quiet area. Large and very modern rooms. Amazing value for money. But the best thing is the staff - always friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you so much, we will be back in the near future!

Absolutely amazing. Staff were fabulous. Plan ahead and put your gear
for you stay in a small bag as the stairs are fairly daunting if you
have a big case. Rooms beautifully appointed. Restaurant associated with
the hotel gives a discount to people staying at the hotel and it was the
best meal we have so far had in Europe. Views were amazing. Definitely
put this one on your list of 'must stays'

The house is beautiful on the top of the hill over the old town. The panorama is exciting. Every morning, we saw the sea from our terrace.
The room wasn t too big, but enough for a big family too( we were with 4 children)
The host and his family was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to find the best beaches, places and tried to solved every problems that we had.
The accomodation wasn t expensive for hungarian people and everything was so cheap in the city (food, cigarette, beach)

Living in Palata Venezia was amazing. Very clean rooms, rich breakfast, close to city center, friendly staff. We could use a swimming pool and tub. I would recommend it to other people. I would recommend also to purchase half or full board which is really worth it. -

Hotel is very new, all furniture and equipment in perfect condition, bright and clean. AC work perfect, toilets as well. Staff friendly. Breakfest good. Only they should work on internet conections - it's failed each afternoons until mornig. -
