  Gorgeous location, right on the beach. Units all have thatched palm roofs and minimal amenities (no phone, internet, TV, etc.) although Internet access is available at the bar and in the lobby. Makes for a very relaxing and romantic setting. Our unit was beachfront, we went to sleep lulled by the sounds of the surf. Meals served buffet-style with one - The location is fantastic. Best on the Playa del Carmen. Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the surf: in your own hammock on your own little patio, if you choose. The bungalows are a very good idea but are in need of renovation. The good news is, the whole place is being renovated and ready by the end of 2014. Go then. No Tv, no phones and occasional internet permit total relaxation. Complimentary waters every day.
