The hotel is right in the heart of the historical center of Mexico City.
You can access easily all sorts of museums, historical monuments,
dining, shopping, farmacy, ticketmaster, post office, and more. The
local market is a few steps from the hotel, so it makes it very easy to
purchase souvenirs last minute. Seven Eleven is next door! The staff is
very courteous and responsive to your needs. Manuel, at the front desk,

The location was great. In the middle of the centro area and night markets for local. It was very clean and staff arranged transportation for us. They also gave us good recommendations for excellent local restaurants. A reasonable hotel with a really comfortable bed, satellite TV and a decent shower & decor. I was happy.
Hotel was very central but only problem was with the protests going on
all the roads outside were closed so we had to try explain to policemen
everytime why we wanted to go through the barriers.good wifi in
rooms.breakfast was ok noting special.
The decoration was stunning, I was expecting something more modest for a 3 star Hotel. The staff very friendly and Location couldn't be better.

Location is good, although getting out and back to the hotel is
sometimes a bit tricky with all the tourist mass on Zocalo Square. Beds
are comfy and the roof terrace is top.

The room had no aircon or fan so would be an issue when hot. The room safe didn't lock properly. During early evening hours when street vendors are out it is noisy, but it all dies down by 8.30 pm so no issue.
A bigger buisness center would be great.

It's a really noisy hotel. Built around some sort of an atrium which seems to carry every single noise made by every single person in the hotel. Otherwise I'd possibly stay there again though for a night or two. it's cheap and central.

i would not recommend it because it is really noisy. There is zero privacy, you can hear everything, it means the people talking at the front desk 3 floors downstairs, all the people from the other rooms... it is as if there were not walls really.
3 days without hot water, having to go to another hotel of the same group for a hot shower. All this without an apology, nor a token rebate on the room rate.

Hotel is still under construction and strong smells of paint etc. gave
us head ache. Daily staff is unprofessional and unfriendly, expect the
boy in reception, who is a sweet heart. Water was boiling or freezing
cold depending on day. Rooms were very badly cleaned after construction
work, dust and mud everywhere.
