I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. The rooms are big and spacious, the views are spectacular, the service is impeccable. The entertainment guys; josh, aldo and armando were fabulous as well as the restaurant staff and cleaners. The variety of food is really nice, food is of good quality. Dinner restaurants offer different cuisines, waiters are polite and helpful. Several pools, you can always find place near one of them or on the beach. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The room is spacios and clean, sea view. They offer various activities during the day. -

This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Our personal concierge recommended Xcaret to us as an

Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with

Right on the beach. Great food with lots of choices-all-inclusive. Buffet plus Italian, oriental, and seafood restaurants. Entertainment available. Comfortable accommodations. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
