Very value for money. We stayed at deluxe triple room, very clean. Yes, the building is a bit old, thus the interior design is not so much on the modern up-to-date side. But the facilities are working well, bath tub is considerably clean (Ive seen worse condition at higher price, more high-end hotel). Hot and cold taps are working fine. Checking in and out was very smooth and fast, less than 5minutes, we're already in the room. At the ground floor, u can find the coffee house, which serves nice.

It was in a good place for the night safari and the lake and has everything we needed. - Fast check-in - received call from the Hotel when I was late to check-in. One for the fridge, the other for the TV. If u want to boil water or charge phone or anything else, u need to unplug either one first. The hotel is opposite the edible-nest swiftlets' nests (sarang burung layang2), which can be a bit noisy to those who're not too keen of the nature sound. If not, then it's a plus coz their sounds make u feel like staying next to a tropical jungle. - The towel is too thin and require replacement - the mirror in the bathroom is too small and too high _ the parking infront of the hotel should be reserved for those wanting to check-in and unload bagages. Nothingp. No coffee making facility and hand towels. basement car parking not enough. no freezer, lack of tv/cable channel. No enough parking lot for hotel guess even though stated free parking lot available. Have to park outside hotel with parking cuopon. Hotel is OLD, ants all over, moldy caulking in bathroom, furnishings are OLD, dirty floor in the room and bath, OLD faucets in bath. The whole place is in need of maintenance. It is a shame that management allows this kind of neglect and bad maintenance. If the new hotel near the old circus grounds is completed, I would stay there. Panorama will lose my business and that of my friends. old hotel need refurbishment. Reception staff not friendly No body coming to help us to bring our beg to the room.
