  Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.
