this is such a great place to stay....the staff were just amazing...they treated me , after i had come for surgery to kuala lumpur, like a movie star..they were just fantastic...and the rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious...a great experience!! -

distance.monorail station is 5 minute walk. Comfortable rooms with basic
kitchenette(microwave/electric stove). Petronas can be reached in 15
min by monorail. Staff is efficient. Taxis are also easily available at

The staff were nice and friendly. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check-
in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1
bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the
30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very
comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette

as a daily newspaper. I was happy with the cleaniness of these
apartment -
it's good for family, the romm is spacious and easy to preper your breakfast . the location is near of the metro station, just one station to KLCC. it's near to aquarium just 10rm by taxi.. also easy to go to butterfly park and flower park just 20rm ...

We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service.

The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator
in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very
attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and
Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is
friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of
it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
