  The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall.   My husband & I stayed there for our 1st anniversary . Since it was school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked . They even gave us - The setting (a peaceful oasis in a big city) and the environment created within the grounds, pool, garden etc are extraordinary. The staff and management could not do enough for us. The manager even drove us to the station (for the airport) early in the morning when our booked taxi failed to appear.   Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay. The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic. The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices. Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. So I called letsbo - Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!

  Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.
