We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! For patiently waiting for more than one hour for our suite we got upgraded. and Dino from concierge who was there when we needed help. Perfect gentleman who was ready to provide his service. -

Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.
