  1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel. 2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore. 3. The staffs are very friendly. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers.   The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.
