  The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.   Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We got the room on 22nd floor,looking toward to Twin Towers! If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
