  The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight.   The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station, and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop- off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the crowded markets with suitcases.   I like the cleanliness especially the bath room and toilet as that is what we are very concern about. And the friendly and helpful staff are excellent. Overall we feel safe staying here. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.
