  Great location; in bukit bintang, all mAjor malls within walking distance.monorail station is 5 minute walk. Comfortable rooms with basic kitchenette(microwave/electric stove). Petronas can be reached in 15 min by monorail. Staff is efficient. Taxis are also easily available at street at all times.there is pool/ gym and spa facility. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

  I booked the 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment was kept clean and cosy. The balcony was spacious. Staff was very friendly. I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around.   The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.
