  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a big smile. My room was at the 7th floor where I could see nice view of klcc and twin tower. Plus, the hotel is close to lrt statio - I enjoyed my stay. Worry especially when my two daughters decides to go shopping on their own, they can easily get off the LRT and just walk back to the hotel. It is safe as the places outside of the hotel are always full of people,

  We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide.   I like the first impression of the staff not the location. But doorman or Bellman,has to be outside sometimes, I understand it's hot out side But sometimes, I got lost with my Taxi driver when I came, even my friend when came to visit me. Staff were excellent. Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food. China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping. Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.
