  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel.   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.
