  This hotel is newly refurbished so the bed is new, air-con working fine, rooms newly painted and the toilet is ok too. Staff service was really friendly and they can be a good guide around the city. Location is good as well.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around.
