I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. I would give them tips when I check out. I called them the 'unsung heroes ' because I was raised up by a mum who works as a chambermaid all her life. They reminded me of her when I see them. Your Chambermaids were superb n they are second to none. I know my mum often complained that she never gets the recognition for her good.
kaikki arvostelut » Beautiful modern hotel with a really comfortable giant bed. Lovely spacious room with huge windows and a view of Kuching and distant mountains. Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgable concierge. Did airline check in for me and printed out boarding tickets. Modern yet minimalist design. Comfortable stay. Value for money compared to other high rated hotel. Staffs, including the ushers (or were they security?) are professional. Room is very clean. Close to airport and many eateries. Free parking available. 10 minutes away from the airport after 30 hours of travel, easy check and in my room 15 minutes after landing. Helpful staff who let me stay on in my room till 14.00 At no Extra charge and who Arranged to take me back to the airport to meet my Team. The whole experience of staying at the hotel was very pleasant. Staff were all exceptional in the standard of service they provided. The restaurant provided a full range and variety of food. The room was extremely comfortable. 5 min to airport. Shops in vicinity. Major local eateries (101) a short drive away. Spacious and Comfortable room as expected from Sheraton. Nyummy food during breakfast. The best nasi lemak! Congrats chef. Lots of good bread & pastries. room is huge & clean. Best part is that this premise is near to airport. A 5 minute ride or RM17 by taxi will definitely help you get to airport. Room is very comfortable. The environment is very peaceful and this is one of my favourite hotel in kuching. staff friendly and helpful. wifi good. room design is relaxing and good for business travel. This hotel is perfect for me. Everything is nice excluding a breakfast meal. Its so bad. Nice hotel, breakfast was nice. Good location to Airport and Coach station. Great rooms. Spacious. Website stated swimming pool closed at 7pm but when we turned up with swimming costumes on at 5:50 it was all shut up and we were not allowed to enter, so were very disappointed. The hotel was generally clean but lacked attention to detail: dirty skirting boards in bedroom and lounge and dirty waste paper baskets in bedroom and bathroom. Some electrical plugs not funtional in the room. Hallway on the 8th floor seemed gloomy. Rooms oils do with walls soundproofed I could hear other hurts in adjoining rooms. The hotel rooms are beginning to show signs of wear , the room we had ,had some quite bad floor scratches, and the corridor carpet was in need of relaying in parts.However, the overall appearance is still very good. Hose in one of our rooms (adjoining) was loose. Swimming pool closed at 6pm... Which I think is a bit early. Rate at Booking was rm170++ Room only. At the front desk, rate stated at rm180++ with Breakfast! And Breakfast was rm35++ per pax. That means rm70++ for 2. For another rm10++, we could have gotten 2 breakfasts!! I think the rm170 rate needs to be revised. So so sad. Instead of this grand size hotel, however i don't really like that this hotel look lame and boring. Decoration somehow look uninteresting. Far from town. Old furniture's. Not a great choice of restaurants. You have to ask reception for someone to come and open the gym for you. No.. Breakfast alone. the dim light at the corridor and the hotel lobby. I personally feel that a bit dark. The hotel lobby should be have bright to give security to the guests. A bit far from main city. Too far away from town. Slipery toilet flooring. shower stand spoilt. Would be nice if one person could hold a sign out for us. The bathroom is mouldy. The staff removed the faulty light and told us that it will be fixed and it was never fixed. The corridor is very dark and a light above the door would be great. towel not enough , no shower cap no hair dryer , not tissue at dressing table.. Housekeeping is not sufficient, always shortage of toiletry and did not ckeanthe floor for my 7 nights stay. Poor housekeeping & maintenance on room facilities (Defect items not repair). Location is nearer to airport but away from the city. No shopping mall nearby. Paid rm$270 per room per night but those who walked in only paid rm$180. * No free Wi-Fi in room as free use. * unfriendly staff. cleanliness(bed). Poor hose keeping, poor communication and systems. we booked a junior suite for two guests. .Bookings says inclusive of breakfasts. On the first morning it was buffet breakfast for two, then on the second morning, we were told the breakfast was just for one, and we were made to paid for one buffet breakfast. Moreover, for a 5 star hotel, the choice of breakfast is not great. Paid different price than u mentioned in the website. the swimming pool is dirty! The wall beside full of moss! Please the swimming pool and change the water constantly. Cleaning not done tarrerly. no toiletries. provided only 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and half a bottle of body shampoo. Dissapointed!. The car park was dirty and dimly lit. The carpet in the hotel aisle is not well maintained. Aisle leading to rooms is not well lit. That makes looking for the card key slot on the door a challenge. Some buttons on the elevators are not in working order. Generally, the hotel is very badly maintained. no internet . paid internet too expensive . no in house tv / satellite tv.
