  Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to her as she was being rude to me . The next day once I am back from work a lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected.   Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels. And the facilities is as per what it's stated in the website.   The room is clean, well maintenance, comfortable. We were all so amazing and have that home feeling when we first stepped into the apartment. We loved the room. Yet, the thing that light up our day and make the trip have a great start is the friendly and personal service from the staff.   Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more. Same building with the 1Borneo Hypermall, and a 10-15 mins drive to KK town, close to Alamesra for shops and restaurants etc. - Very convenient spot to stay.
