Hotel personnel has helped me to find available room in other hotel within the kota kinabalu town.
I was unable to check in as the room was fully book though I had confirmation from letsbookhotel.com.

pls ensure no charge to my credit card.
No free transport to airport... Need extra fee..
There's no secure for the car park even we ask for the security to look after they gave reason juz go to the building management. I think they should handle it & even the car park we have to pay by ourself even they also gave reason that it"s not under their management. I think it should be free for the hotel guests.
