it is so near and convenient for food hunting. Next door is Fish head soup and less than a minute walk is the famous 'kuai chap' Chicken with nice soup, choices of dessert, fried noodle with duck eggs, Belancan fried chicken..etc. This is what i know the 4 king of foods. Will come again!.
The design of the hotel interior is very interesting. The hotel is very well located in the old town, plenty of eating out options and very close to main bus terminal,easy to explore around.Helpful staff, Great showers, comfortable bed.Would recommend Kimberley House and would stay again.
Everything! In fact is so cheap for the service and the quality of the rooms here.The heritage house is decorated with fine details and the arch of the lobby area is magnificient antique.Clean and spacious room and bed is very comfortable.Shared bathroom is also very clean.
Central location,the room had excellent facilities and the bed was very comfortable,shared bathroom is clean as well and the staff were very friendly and on hand to answer any queries.I like the interior design of this hotel, love everything about this place.

Very good location, close to food places, very good in every aspect, appreciating it is a budget place. Even the room not so tiny you might expect and a lot of space in common area. Wifi pretty strong. I would recommend to any budget traveller.
The decor of the hotel a very beautiful heritage shop house.Everything works well, the shower the aircon. You can even do laundy and ironing. Staff are really helpful. In a quiet location so you will have a good sleep though.
Good common room. Rooms are modern, comfortable and new as hostel has only been open a month. Free water, coffee and tea does make a massive difference when on a budget. Great location for buses around island and George Town.
The hostel is explendid! Clean, conforty bed and pilow, excellente location, all furniture is new.

那邊離壁畫區真的很靠，走路十分鐘以內就能到達文化遺產區，早上的早市就在附近美食多不勝數，晚上這一條街上美食也超多。它離rapid總站也才十分鐘而已，那邊的工作人員也很親切。.

there are many mosquito at second floor...may be the lighting are too dim...
the electric plug are not enough too...there is only one plug inside the family room whereby you need to take turn in order to charge ur devices...or else, plz bring ur own extension...
Nothing to complain.
I would add few shelves in the bathroom area both inside cabins and outside. There is little space for your stuff not to get wet. And toilet paper - getting wet or disappears.
Seems clean now as it is new but not seen shared showers cleaned during stay. Saw a rat and management have said they have sorted this which I believe they would have. Great place nonetheless. Loved our stay here.

blankets seemed like they could not be washed and weren't... but not really dirty either.
1. Noisy at 1st floor when night.
2. Portable aircond - a lot of noisy.
3. Dirty floor in my room.
4. Door not very safety, maybe need safety box.
I just not preferable to have shared toilet and bathroom. Its reduce the
guest privacy.
1)The Name/Sign Board is too Small, should come out with bigger size, it caused us missed this location for many times
2)Shampoo is not filling up.
There's no one in the counter after 12am till morning.
There is nobody clean the room or change the bedshit/ towels during
our 2 nights stay.
Public bathroom was quiet hard.
Hostel main door closed at midnight, when we come back at 12am, we couldn't get in, and there is no staff on duty at that time. There is a password door lock, but the staff never told us about this and never tell us the password. Luckily that time other people come out to online and he open the door for us.
Staff could have been more helpful.

Cleanliness of the room- the floor.
Partition and poor noise blocking!.
Cannot get any sleep - walls too thin and holes to neighbours and
outside. Bad management. Too many stupid rules. Noisy - street in front
is always busy so cannot rest all night long. No shoes allowed in
bathrooms.
