  As it was 1.30am when I finally arrived at the hotel, it was a great relief to be treated with such kindness and consideration as I was cold and tired. I had a slight bout of the flu and was not feeling very well. Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.
