  Love the Japan/modern feel of the hotel, with a hint of tradition with girls wandering around in pastel Yukatas. Royal suite is a dream, super big, with it's own sauna/jacuzzi/steam room/japanese toilets. The Japanese fine dining restaurant (Yamazato) serves gorgeous food, but quite pricey to be honest.   I stayed at the Galaxy for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful hotel on the inside and outside with a beautiful garden towards the back and a spectacular lobby entrance. They approach once we arrive with the hotel free shuttle bus. And we were direct to the reception, we checked in.   Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. The free shuttle buses make it very convenient to get around Macau.   Our stay at Conrad couldn't have been made much better. We stayed in the deluxe king suite for a short one night stay with city view and had a fantastic stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were courteously greeted by check in staff Preen and chief concierge Edmund. Check in was quick and efficient and we were swiftl - New hotel. Room was large and finished to high specification. Excellent, thoughtful, friendly service all the way.   The hotel is new, clean and luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are specially nice to kids. On one occasion they gave my kids balloons and the other occasion they gave them gummy and popcorn. We booked a two room family suite. We love our suite very much. The suite is big and spacious.   We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, food was delicious and the staff from the whole complex, even from Conrad, Sheraton and shopping mall were very friendly and helpful.We travelled with our almost 3 years old son and the atmosphere there was very child friendly.   This property defines Luxury. The staff is as wonderful as the hotel itself. From front desk, to concierge, to room service and house keeping. Always ready to help. We were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival instead of urban view and it was absolutely stunning to sit there and sip a coffee in the mornings. Especially dramatic at night with all the lights. Lovely large comfortable bed. Even a kitchen area with free soft drinks, beer and water. Great breakfast in a very attractive restaurant. Staff were courteous and helpful. Couldn't fault it.
