We loved the staff, particularly Minh who was SUPER friendly and helpful. We also loved the location away from the historic center and its touristy atmosphere, in a more authentic neighborhood where you could watch school children walking to school in the morning in their cute Lao school uniforms or people riding to work on their motorcycles. The hotel was well-appointed and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. There was always someone on hand to cater to whatever was needed. The deck outside the room was enjoyable to sit on and meet with and talk to fellow guests. Tuy was particularly helpful with advice and bookings and a very nice person as well.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful with directions, tourism sites, bike hire and Lao language pronunciation. Breakfast was excellent - quite large good variety more than adequate. The friendliest staff we have encountered anywhere. Great large room. Good breakfast with a lot of choice, although no Lao food option. Efficient aircon and big tv. the rooms were so clean,nice with good decor.all staffs were so friendly and helpful,very good value for money.I will recommend my friends this lovely hotel. Best hotel in my world trip. Clean, nice, good working WIFI everywhere, nice people, good location, ... euh what else?? Everything was perfect!. Thank you for a fabulous stay. When the guests next door watched TV late at night or had a conversation, we felt like we were right there in their room with them. I wish I had had ear plugs!. Our room was very noisy well into the night and early the following morning. Nothing. Nothing I can think of. Very compact bathroom to squeeze a bath in, bit of a walk to the night market. Still confused as to why Luang Prabang is so expensive!. none. nothing more we can ask. noisy. Booked excursions through hotel. Trip to Pak Ou caves desribed as "by slow boat" which I assumed to be by river. In fact trip by old minivan and river trip just about 5 minutes from village near caves. Very disappointing. Toilet got one weird smell from the drainage hole, some air freshener will help. Bit small rooms Bathroom was not super clean. Bit of moulds. Privacy, the rooms including the toilet is directly linked with the reception. Every sound goes through the bedroom walls. 15 minutes walk from downtown. little noisy. the room was a little bit dark. the owner booked us the wrong bus. the location is not good, far away from night market.
