  It was close to my bussiness partner's location. Easy access to the public transportation (400m from Doksan station). Close proximity to Convenience Stores (at least 3 around). Spa and fitness facilities in the building. The personnel was very nice to me. Quick to resolve any issues. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. - Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall.
