Location, location, location. Perched above the junction of Korail's Incheon-Gimpo airport connector rail line and the Seoul Metro system, this hotel is the ideal place to recuperate from a 12-hour trans-Pacific flight while preparing to venture into Korea beyond. The staff is unfailingly polite, solicitous, and gracefully tolerant of foreign travelers who don't speak Korean (but wish they did). kaikki arvostelut » I used to stay in this hotel for catching my early morning flights from Incheon ou Gimpo Airports. I stayed more than 10 times this year in this nice and convient hotel. Very new hotel (open in dec. 2011), very stylish, very clean, excellent setup and decoration. Very convinient location for travelers. 5Mns walking from Gimpo airport and only 30mns Bus from Incheon int. Airport (fare 5 $us). Excellent staff, very quite, very comfy beds, raisonnable price. Next to a big shopping Mall with plenty. Hotel is just opposite Gimpo international Airport after alighting from Airport bus cost 5000 won per person. There is free shuttle for transfer from hotel to Gimpo Airport in the morning which is very convenient for family taking domestic flight . Laundry room is very impressive , clean with coin changing machine to buy detergent . Highly recommended for families that need to stay overnight to catch domestic flight. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you departure or arrive or transit via Gimpo Airport. There are many place to eat just inside Loote Moll but if you are not lazy you could walk to the nearest streets 200 m where many different small restaurants will be ready for you. The M station is very close so visit to the Seoul center is very simple and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. I got in from a late flight and they let u check in after 10pm which was hard to find. There are slippers and bathrobes a nice tv and temperature contol. What more could I ask for, only sad I couldnt stay longer. The location was great - walkable from the train station, connected by shuttle to the airport. And it wasn't as though you could avoid hearing. But the hotel can't be blamed for the faults of its customers -- including my own!. Room could be a little larger, but fine for a short stay. Some rooms can smell, some others don'T. Lotte Mall next door only opens at 10.30 am and there is no restaurant or food outlets nearby when we arrived at 11 pm. The taxi drivers... We couldnt find the hotel from airport and the taxi tried to charge us 20$ for a ten min walk smh. The directions we got were confusing. Dirty windows gave a bad view outside. The price was somewhat high. The elevators - Only two and they are very slow. Often had to wait a very long time for an elevator to arrive at my floor. Better signposting from airport to hotel. I arrived after midnight, and it was dark with few people around to assist with directions. Nothing. Nothing. no swimming pool. Breakfast is low quality. Nothing to eat or drink after 10pm. Hard to find the walk way to the entrance after the shopping mall is closed. should offer shuttle to airport not only in the morning but afternoon too. Bath in the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was also a long black hair on the sink surround in the bathroom. Expensive for value. Expensive.
