The guesthouse is located about 4 km from N Seoul and an hour’s drive away from Incheon International Airport. Gimpo International Airport is only 20 km from K-POP Guesthouse Seoul Station. It takes 10 minutes on foot from the guesthouse to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun Market.
A simple breakfast is served daily. Alternatively, guests can enjoy Korean and a selection of international food at the many restaurants and pubs located in Namdaemun and Myeong-dong.

Bearing in mind that Seoul station is absolutely massive this guesthouse
is an excellent location if you are arriving by rail. Once you get to
know the layout it's 3 minutes walk from exit 11 of Seoul Station
(Metro Line 4). Walkable to the enormous Namdaemun Market and to the
cable car for the Namsan park and tower.

The hospitality is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They can speaks Korean, Japanese and English.
The room was very clean, and it is exactly the same as shown in the picture. Just the room is bit small but it still comfortable for 2 person to stay together.
Good location and cheap price. You can see the namsan seoul tower on
your way to guest house. In the night the tower is very beautiful. Room
was small but it is reasonable if you consider the price.
Everythings are clean, but it would be better with elevator. The double room is quite small for 2 persons, so the air flow is quite weak even with the air-conditioner.
Guesthouse is very very neat, staff is friendly and accommodating (even let us check in early), and location is good --close to city area.

I didn't much care for the selfish people who arrived from a night
out and woke me up with 15 minutes of loud behaviour. Thin walls
don't work.
If you would like to have breakfast in the guesthouse, chose either early or late morning, because around 7.30-8.30pm the pantry area is always full.
If I pay this amount of money, nothing has to get better.
No lifts.
We have to wash our own dishes and utensils, sometimes the previous user did not wash it properly, so make sure you wash it before and after using.
Difficult to find the place for new visitors to the country.
Shared toilet. There can be some clogging up in toilet bowl sometimes.
I stay at 5th floor no elevator !! This hostel difficult to found coz it's at small street.
