The hostel is new and things are still being finished/improved. But it is already very good. The owner and Jin (who works at the reception) are just great. They are always happy, ready to help, and they always take the time to chat a bit to ask about what you did, or intend to do in the city... Whatever you need, you ask Jim and if she doesn't know, she searchs on internet, calls, and get the info you need. She also went out with us for a dinner once... Lovely. You receive all the usefull infor.
kaikki arvostelut » All staff are really kind and nice people!! Especially Manager Jin, he's really really nice people and think of their customers! The building have elevator which is really convenience, especially for those who will bring big/heavy luggages tourist. The bed is comfortable, I slept well like home! hehe Nearby have small scale supermarket, It's convenience to me to buy some snacks and seaweed, I don't have to bring lots of thing from another station which have big scale supermarket. The hostel n. I came from United Kingdom and the staff in the hostel were all very helpful, when they saw my big suitcase they even helped me to carry them which I was so moved! We went out for dinner together and they showed me the traditional Korean food and hang out together in a cozy way. The hostel was also well equipped with new facilities, even though currently it was still in construction, the staff fulfilled all my needs and keep my room clean everyday. Thank you so much for making my days in Seoul . Good location! U can walk to Changdeukgung, insadong, near convenience stores and subway. But I suggest to all the people who'll stay here to download the youtube video they'll send you when you're not good with directions. The room is perfect for us family. I just hope the restroom would be a little bigger but it's fine. Thanks for the very helpful Maps! The staffs really tries their best to make their guest happy specially Min. Keep it up! ;3. staff and manager are so friendly and helpful. Furthermore, they are very willing to accept suggestion and improve in deed. the location is very good. At the day we left Seoul, it was very very heavy rain, we cant leave hostel and go to airport, the manager very friendly, he drove his car and picked us up on the way to Seoul station. We are very thank him. this is my second time to live in this guesthouse coz the first time i was so satified by their stuff, facility and service. when i lived there, i just feel like i were home that moment. from guesthouse, it's very easy to go to many tourist attractions. only 5mins to subway station, and you can take line1/3/5. The staff is super friendly and nice. Wifi is really fast and you can use the computers downstairs. The room is clean and cozy. There's free breakfast, water, coffee and tea. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit. :). I stayed there only for 1 night. The place was really comfort and cozy. also cheap,really recommended for backpackers. The staff guy can speak English fluently. I thought he was Singaporean hahaha The room was also so clean. 1.Friendly host 2. You can pay when you check-in, but not during online reservation 3. Even at such a low price you get a light breakfast. i was staying for 2days with my friend , i heard its just open hostel which is Fortune hostel . ive got really nice experience and staff are so kind . finally so cheaper than other Hostel hahaha. Simple but comfortable. Good localization and very friendly/helpful hotel’s staffs. Sometimes I felt like in 5 star hotel with concierge. I’m going to come back there. Guys from reception are very friendly and will do their best to help you! Room are very small though but for the price, I will not complain. It is enough to sleep!. It is close to shops and restaurants, and there are historical places to see. and it just opened 3months ago so it was really nice clean. strongly recommend : ). Big thanks Jin^^ You helped me a lot, my first trip to Seoul was awesome because of you. 步行到鐘路三號站只需5分鐘,可乘多條地鐵線,又近主要景點,位置實在沒話說!對面街有個頗大的超市,到晚上,地道大排檔滿街都是,搵食非常方便. 有電梯可免提著行李爬樓梯,平價guesthouse很少有呢!服務員友善,能操英語和普通話,溝通完全沒問題.值得推薦!. The owner and staff were wonderful, answering our questions and helping us to select the best dinner spots around. I love the solo room with complete amenities (LED TV, washing machine, mini ref, hair dryer, sink, t&b) !!!. Hosts are very nice and friendly ! The location is about 5 mins walk from Jongno Station, more near from Line 3 & 5 (but there is no elevator in Metro station to the exit on ground floor). The staff is kind that helped us to call for fried chicken delivery. The room size is just enough for 2 persons but it's ok. Lucky there is elevator inside the building that you dont need to walk the stairs. And there are computers to use and breads are available all day long. The room was smaller than I expected. At letsbookhotel.com the double room is described as 20 square meters, but it was smaller than that. If you bring luggages please don't use exit 6/7/8, should be use line 5 exit 4, there will be a escalator in the way, although exit 6 is near but no escalator!. Should have turn on the water heater even if it's summer coz though tolerable, the water is still makes me shiver..specially my grandma. The trash wasn't emptied for 3 days. But the hostel is bit difficult to find at first time, it is suggested to show some logo and direction sign at the main road. Because of the emergency light and no curtain, a bit bright at the night when sleeping. (Manager confirmed that they will improve this item as soon as possible. Very good!). Hope there'll just be more choices of spread or jam for the breakfast. But overall, i love this hostel. The hostel Lil bit hard to find. First time I got there, I was helped by local ppl because I can't find the hostel by myself. I already try to found it with naver maps, which is a famous and complete map for Korea. But only available in Korean language. Luckily I can speak Korean Lil bit, so I can communicate with locals to ask the way. i could't find any problem when i stay hostle , its good ^^. the basement is not very clean. but normally you don't have to go there :). it was nice stay in jong-ro coz it was perfect for me!! thanks for all the nice staff !! hope to c u soon !!. Nothing. 廚房在地庫,位置較隱蔽.早上9時前沒有服務員,check out 等事情,要自行搞定,但韓國小旅館好像都是這樣. Only one small hand towel was given for bathing. Another towel would not be given until the used towel was turned in. Perhaps this is the Korean custom? But that tiny towel was not enough. language. The bathroom is amazingly small. There is no way to take a shower in a minimal confortable way. The breakfast is served officially between 9-11am, too late!. When i said that i intended to have breakfast at 8am they told me that is ok but when i got there the breakfast area was totally dirty and had only bread, butter and tea. I had to clean the place and prepare things. the sheets had not been changed. The room is so small and the bath room is so so small. I booked through letsbookhotel.com. When I wanted to make a payment, the hostel staff said I need to pay 10% for the service tax. I told the staff on my reservation there was a 10% service charge included. He said is Credit card service charge. I not agree the charges, at the end he only charge me the room rate only. I have a feeling the hostel staff is dishonest,he try to get extra 10% from me. Others thing on this hostel is good. Well....if you are thinking to go shoppinng in Dongdaemun overnight, you maybe need to take overnight bus / taxi.....(we actually shopped until 4:30am in Dongdaemun and got in a restaurant to wait for the first metro to run at 05:19am ... haha :P). coffee machine broken, smelly, staff unfriendly, noisy as well, but location is perfect.
