Comfortable and clean; air conditioning; cable tv; free wi-fi; friendly
staff who came to collect me when I got lost!; And within a few minutes
from the local subway station which was on the circular line that gave
good access to sites across the city.
Overall, a good experience and I would not hesitate to use this accommodation again.
Jason Lee is very friendly and accomodating! He is very helpful also. The room is very cozy and bathroom is clean. I would definitely stay here again. Line 2 Sangwangsimi station is like 3 mins walk away. There is a mini grocery and 7-11 near the guesthouse. It really feels like home staying here. Jason the manager was most helpful, friendly and provided the best service for all my needs.
The location was accessible to subway while offering a unique environment.
Host was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were small but had everything we needed and more. For the cost it was the best ive been to.
Very friendly and helpful Staff, although the rooms are small they are clean and have en suite bathrooms!.
The yard where we could hang out in the open and the common kitchen and laundry room.

My room wasn't cleaned when I was there (12 nights), but I had
access to clean towels whenever I wanted so that wasn't a real
issue. They didn't accept payment by card, despite saying that they
did. That could have been a problem, given the time I was staying.
Nothing.
There was not much in the varieties of restaurants for food.
Access to the Internet was a bit problematic, but we are sure this soon will be fixed.
