Everything is perfect. I traveled alone and did not have a car . It is located 5 min drive away from the major bus station with airport limousine and 5 min walk to a local business stop. It is a perfect location to chill and relax with fresh air with beautiful forest and mountain view. The family drove me to the nearest bus stop everything when I went out. They even helped me to arrange the day tours. Room is very very clean and tidy, with a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen and washroo.
kaikki arvostelut » The scenic setting of camellias and orange trees up a hillside with view of city below was wonderful. 15 to 20 min walk from Oedolgae Rock, and only mile walk into town where restaurants plentiful on "food street." Mae, our hostess, and her husband were so kind to take me into town for some groceries and arranged for our taxi for ride to Jeju Airport since we had no phone. She was so sweet as to leave us a bottle of wine present for Lunar New Year! We were earlier than check-i. Such a beautiful location only a short way away from the city. We arrived by scooter which was great, seeing the setting change as we climbed the hills. We walked into the city for dinner (by way of Oldogae Rock) and getting back, it took a few tries to find a cab that would take us, but once we did it took a few minutes and about $3USD. As we were checking out, we met someone who I assume was the proprietor's mother, who spoke basically no English except "I love you." She kind of made our day. We arrived quite late, but the owner waited for us and was ready to check us in and give us some information. She even prepared some food for breakfast the next morning! We loved the central and quite surroumdings. The room was spacious and clean. You need to have car however, otherwise iguess the pension is difficult to reach. This is a very speical and warm hostel.it takes 5mins taxi from the downtown to here. But the owner is very nice that she drove us to downtown when she was available. The enviroment and the house are good and comfortable. Is a very speical and unique hostel in Jeju! Happy to stay here and wanna stay again if have chance. May, the owner, was the best proprietor I have ever encountered (just as the other reviewers state). She is a naturally hospitable person and tries her best to make your stay great. The pension was beautifully decorated with personal artistic touches here and there. Our family was very comfortable here. The female boss, May is very helpful in guiding us and she tries to explain to us in simple English. She takes the effort to print us map of the places we want to go. She even surprise us with a little gift meant our honeymoon. Lovely scenery with lovely people there. Great! Very friendly family. We spent 4 nights there. First day we had not only transfer to Sogwipo, but sity tour. One evening we had BBQ together with relatives of owner. Owner's English is enough for getting answer on all our question. View is perfect!. Everything is great. l love it so much. Just wish that I could have stayed longer. Not centrally located but acceptable as you can simply get to the city by taxi paying only 2700 won. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature and peace. Nice,friendly,helpful host ,NICE&BRIGHT room,also get a MONTAIN&CITY view ,warm floor heater and bed! Location is about 2- 3km from downtown, but the host can PICK&SEND u to the city center. The pension was very clean and cute. The owners were friendly and very helpful. My daughter and I stayed in a small apartment with fridge and stove, and a little patio. Would love to go back again!. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They made the stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I definitely recommend this pension to anyone staying in the Seogwipo area. The owner, May is very friendly. The place feels like home. It is my second time staying there, I will still stay there during my next visit. :). Owner gave us nice tips on what all places we can visit on rainy day. Owner also helped us for fixing our vehicle by calling the auto repair shop. Location is nearby to the tourist places at seogwipo. everything is perfect. highly recommended for everyone planning to have a vacation in Jeju. For being anywhere on Jeju you should expect to either rent car or arrange taxi tours. We did not try buses, but hired taxi for two days of driving. We enjoy walking, so getting around locally to Seogwipo, even out to black pork barbecue overlooking the sea about a mile from Dreaming Forrest, was not a big problem for us. The duplex setup was cute but despite my best efforts I banged by head a few times on the very low ceiling. Treacherous trip down the staircase in the middle of the night to the bathroom! Hope others are better at navigating this :) Bed was similar to others we encountered in Korea-- very very firm. It will be more accessible if you rent your own car. Overall all is good!. None. Nothing. It was a nice place. We drove but it may be not that convenient for people not driving. Steep stairs to sleeping a low-ceilinged sleeping area. 500 meters from bus station on a dark alley. The gps sometimes don't show the good route to the hotel. The other route is bit dangerous, and should be avoided. I got my car tyres burst on that route.
