The staff at the check-in were extremely helpful, and rearranged my booking (as I'd travelled overland from Dar-es-salaam rather than by air..due to JKIA fire).

The location on the Airport side of Nairobi worked well for me as I needed easy access for departure. Nairobi traffic is horrendous (it took 2,5 hours to get from the Boma to Westlands).
The Concierge staff were excellent and chased down my lost luggage and arranged for it to be delivered to the Hotel.

The Boma is simply a marvellous hotel. Absolutely superb. I have been to hundreds of hotels but The Boma is among those special hotels which I give an extra star to. Rooms are beautiful, a lovely bathroom, great staff who takes care of you all the time and the interior is high class. I can truly recommend this for your stay - and I will of course come back here next time in Nairobi. No need to search for other hotels when you have found the best.
