  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !!   the room was on the 6th floor facing the Harbour and the view was excellent. its good for the summer but a bit of walking to the city centre. the room fairly clean - view on Yokohama waterfront, great price for rooms, easy to find this hotel, checkin late no problem
