What can I say but... this hotel is simply fantastic! Staff are friendly and efficient. The room is spacious and lavishly clean. This was my third time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. - Staff were friendly - the room was very clean and the house cleaning servic was excellent - near the shopping center. Attractions are close by. Lots of good restos. We were at high floor with city view.
