  Wonderful staff, much friendlier than the other hotel I stayed in Nagoya. Rooms are small but no complaint there as it's just standard in Japan. However, I am extremely pleased with the heartwarming details, like the ucc coffee served in their lobby, and the multi-device charger they provide in the room.
