Breakfast must be ordered at least 1 day in advance. Guests with food allergies or other dietary restrictions should inform the property at the time of booking. There are free shuttles available between Kushiro Train Station and Kawayu Onsen from 31 December 2013 till 01 April 2014. From station to Kawayu Onsen, the shuttle departs at 13:30. From hotel to station, the shuttle departs at 10:00. Please contact the hotel at least 3 days in advance to reserve the seat.
