Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. The hotel gets this big shower/bathroom up on the 18th floor which overlooks the city of Sapporo, love it...!!.

There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views. Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes. Really recommend this hotel. A hotel with a lot of style. They have the most comfortable bed we ever slept on in our four trips to Japan. Onsen on the top floor.Near to the JR Sapporo Station, about 10 mins on foot. Very convenient for shopping, dinning and near to several attractions. Been there 15 July and 18-21 July, used here to transit and left large luggages there. Eco cleaning provides you with the option not to change beddings and sheets in exchange for shopping coupon; that's a win-win situation for the environment and gaining a shopping experience. The design for the coffee bags are extremely interesting. Rooms are consider good size in Japan with this budget. A hotel of its own design style. Like the bright red as theme. Very nice stuff very helpful. Helped me to even search discount for restaurant. Like the public bath on 18th floor, good view and few people. All the tv program is free of charge, not like other hotels u need to pay. This is a very groovy looking hotel in a really fabulous location. The room was large and well appointed. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby and the JR station was only 2 blocks away. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Trendy design hotel~ Two Double beds and one Single bed into one 3ppl room, it's cool!!! Hope can stay few more days if my husband and I will go to Sapporo trip again next time=] My Husband said he enjoyed the bathing very much in this hotel XDDD. The hotel space is very clean with the hot spa bath on18th floor. This hotel was as advertised. Well decorated and the room size is big for Japan standard. The reception was friendly and helpful. The roof top public bath room was clean and a nice amenity to have. staff are nice, rooms are clean, there's a spring on the roof floor. about 7-10 minutes' walk from the JR Sapporo Station, near to many restaurants which is very convenient. A city center hotel with walking distance to most of the shoppings and restaurants. Bathroom is good and bigger than expected. Everything about this hotel is great. It is very hard to even find the smallest fault about this hotel. Highly recommended. It is a style and modern hotel. The staff including the receptionists and carpark controllers are nice and polite. The decor is top notch artistic! The staff speaks English well and able to guide us through out queries. The modern style of the hotel, reasonably spacious room, good WIFI connection. good location , accesible to station and tourist attraction. they do have wifi in room and at the hotel lobby, but not very stable. The staff checked on me about the internet service; so I told them about the stability. They said they will look into the issue. Nothing I can think of. wifi does not work in corner room. It was not as well located as it is quite a distance to walk from the Sapporo station. room price is a bit high but I guess it's usual in Sapporo. Breakfast can be really bored as there's a very little choices with almost the same food for 4 nights we stayed. The convenient stores around is more budgeting option. Only small issue is the wifi that did not work on our room level during our stay. Staff was very obliging to find a solution to the problem. Nothing. People has limited English but still enough for simple request. our room is at the back end of the corner. cannot arrange another room. Nothing. Lobby on 2nd floor with one way escalator. poor level of English spoken by staff. Usually we like to have drinks in the hotel that we stay, but we stayed here for 3nites, we did not have much chance to use the bar, due to the hotel rented it to a private company for whole day event. Luckily at our last nite that event end a bit early so that we had the chance to enjoy few cocktails. Bedroom was nice, but didn't like the TV which was at side wall. Lack of concierge service -staff are friendly overall but needs training on giving proper information to customers eg...fine dining restaurants they recommended are their personal experience (more casual) rather than reputable famous cclass restaurant. Hope the breakfast start time can pull-in from 7am to 6am. Too cramped for the triple room. Double room is reasonably sized. Triple room was a little bit too crammed especially luggage of 3 people. Double room was reasonable. Nothing. language. They put us into a smoking room, despite our request for a regular room. Allergies were horrible. It happened that my ordering was lost. I felt very disappointed. Although it is a side service as courtesy, however, advance emails were sent to Hotel for full informed and also reply from Hotel that staffs already noted and aware of that, finally it still happened that I didn't get my ordering. Staff could not understand English very well, I had to repeat a few times on my request. There is no such thing as late checkout request; anything later than 11am is chargeable. Check-in time was very rigid at 3pm, they will not accede to earlier check in even if room was available already - very rigid. Overall not customer service-oriented.
