  Clean rooms, Excellent staff (friendly/helpful) Location was pretty alright, though really a long walk from Sapporo Station Free wired internet in room - the room and the toilets are large for Japanese standard. the hotel design is classy and luxurious, with very nice city view.

  - Great value with a huge room by Japanese standards, especially for the price paid. The snow is amazing and the lift setup is modern and very reliable.
