The hotel is centrally located and perfect if you need to use the subways and trains for business. It is connected to Sapporo Station via underground tunnel. The hotel staff was pleasant. English was limited but they went out of their way to be accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent and better than most hotels in Japan. Restaurant Rondo on the top floor was also excellent with great views.
