  The manager, Tommy, was extremely helpful and could speak English. He went the extra mile to help us and even had a perfect suggestion for dinner. I loved the ofuro, especially the one with the view from the top floor. I especially appreciated that it was such a convenient place - from jr station, metro, and esp the train to kansai airport. I ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » like that it was so quiet even if it was in the busy and fun shopping drag. - The hotel's location is a big plus (few steps from Namba subway station which also connected to Namba Nankai line to Kansai airport; right in the middle of Osaka food/shopping street; walking distance to Dotonbori). Room is small but very clean and well managed. I like the tub. It is small and the water pressure is so strong that can fill the tub within just 7 minutes.
