  Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!! Staffs are nice and helpful.

  1. We got clean towels, robes, and new toothbrush everyday. Even we have put "sleeping" sign, they still gave a bag with clean stuff and hanged on door hanger. What a surprise. 2. Great location. But, they organized every stuff very well. I have to say, great job! 5. Love their shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser and body washes! - I personally didn't stay here. I booked it for my mum and brother. But, I did get them signed in and when I dealt with the staff they were great and even though I was using Japanese I could here them speaking to other customers in clear English. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
