Great location and spacious room that felt like small apartment make this an ideal place to stay. This location is right in the centre of the action in Osaka, with shopping and nightlife right out the front door. Would love to stay again.

The position is great, very near dotombori street, and rooms are very clean and big. It's seems a new hotel and the staff is very kind.

Near Namba station and shopping area. Clean and convenient double room especially shower room. Hotel staffs were ok even not good in english.
It's near the shopping area and 黑門市場 Kuromon Market, the nearest station called nipponbashi (日本橋)

The room was very nice, big and clean! Considering the price, it is very attractive. 24hours convenience store is very near.

Even if the rooms are very spacious respect the japanise style, they should arrange some hooks in the room. There's just a drying rack that is not enough for big towels!.
There is not WIFI service for customer even in lobby area.

I think that there is nothing for hotel to do, the location itself (from Nanba station) is good, however, the circumstance needs to be improved by Osaka city.
Very dark and shady part of the town. If you are with family or kids avoid this place.
1- Horrible soundproofing. We were given a room on the 1st floor that
facing the side street. We could hear everything that happens outside be
it people talking, laughing or puking on late nights and was awaken
several times by this.
2- We were forced to upgrade to a twin room for an extra 9000yen by the hotel because there is no more double room even though our booking confirmation is for a double room.
