Though the room was very very small it really doesnt mind because in this hostel common places are the best I've always been.
There are a lof of showers for men and woman,they are clean and you are provided of shampoo and everything you need, even there is a room with a lot of hairdryers.
The breakfast is simple but enough, tea, bread, some bakery

Unless I have the cash to stay at a high-end Ryokan, Gojo is my favorite place to stay in Kyoto. The staff are wonderful and kind, but also almost all young Japanese living in Kyoto. They have great recommendations and are funny and helpful. They also play cool music in the relaxed cafe where a nice thick piece of honey toast and a hand drip cup of coffee are only 300 yen!

It was an exceptional experience. The owners were so warm and generous. They looked after me and helped me when I had problems with my flight (bringing me coffee at the computer, letting me use their phone, finding out numbers for me).
